What to include in your email

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • the email address associated with your account
  • your device type and operating system
  • a short description of the issue
  • screenshots, if helpful
  • the approximate date and time the issue happened

  • safety reports for harassment, threats, exploitation, or predatory behavior

Safety reports and zero-tolerance enforcement

Tangled has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, violent threats, and predatory behavior.

To report objectionable content or abusive users, email tangled@tangledsocial.com with the subject line "Safety Report" and include:

  • the username(s) involved
  • screenshots or message excerpts
  • the date and approximate time
  • any immediate risk details

We review safety reports promptly, typically within 24 hours, and prioritize urgent risks immediately. When we confirm a violation, we take appropriate action, including removing content and removing, suspending, or banning offending accounts.

Privacy and account deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email us at tangled@tangledsocial.com with one of these subject lines:

  • Privacy Request
  • Delete My Account

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Safety note

Support is not monitored in real time and should not be used for emergencies or urgent safety situations. If you believe there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services.

Response time

  • Safety reports: reviewed promptly, typically within 24 hours, with urgent risks prioritized immediately.
  • General support requests: we aim to respond within 2 to 5 business days.
